One of my main duties is to adopt a climate of creativeness and innovation; a climate in which employees can reach extraordinary goals by identifying themselves with our company. At the company leadership, we develop strategies and communicate these to our employees so that everyone understands the long-term goals of Medpharma and we execute them with drive and passion.
